Dr.-Ing. Hans-Ulrich Weidenbruch

Hans-Ulrich Weidenbruch was born in Kirchen, Germany, in 1953. He studied Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications at the University of Hanover and graduated in 1979.

In 1985, he completed his thesis on “Error analysis of interpolative analog/digital conversion methods.” Having finished his doctorate, Hans-Ulrich Weidenbruch worked as Academic Council at the university’s Institute for Theoretical Communications Engineering and Information Processing.

In 1985, he founded the company DVS together with Dr. Siegfried Beyer and Dr. Peter Spoer.
